ASRA Scholarships

The Administrative Staff Retirees Association of the University of Ottawa established a scholarship fund in 2003 to provide financial assistance to undergraduate students. This fund was combined in 2009 with the employees' Support Staff Scholarship to form the University of Ottawa's Active and Retired Administrative Staff Scholarship.

The purpose of this fund is to provide financial assistance to students in recognition of their community involvement and academic excellence.

The first scholarship was awarded in 2010. Since then, every year, two to three scholarships have been awarded to exceptional students thanks to the generosity of retirees.
