Achievements
The Association's Board of Directors has identified the improvement of retirees' benefits as a priority of its work. Among those, the University Pension Plan is the most important amongst those benefits. We now have two representatives sitting at the University's Pension Plan Committee and these representatives are well known for their expertise and the relevance of their work at the Committee. In the past few years, the Pension Plan indexation has been an important source of concern at the Committee.
To maintain and aim at improving our benefits, the Board develops and fosters sustained contacts with the University's management. We work hard to make sure that our exchanges are cordial and productive, and extend from the Rector, to the Associate Vice-President, Human Resources, and in particular to the Pension and Benefits staff of Human Resources Services.
As result of your Association's efforts, here is a list of our achievements.
