By-laws of the Association

Founded in 1996, the ASRA is administered by an elected Board of Directors. The By-laws of the Association are available here.  

We encourage all members to participate in the Annual General Meeting of the Association every year. It will give you the opportunity to learn about the major issues facing all retirees of the University, to suggest innovations in the functioning of the Association, and to elect members of the Board of Directors.
