Access LifeWorks Telemedicine anytime, anywhere

Don’t have a doctor? Good news!  LifeWorks, the organization responsible for the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) at the University of Ottawa, now offers a range of virtual health services to eligible employees, retirees and their families.

Spouse and dependents living in the same residence are eligible for the services. No fees to see a general practitioner, though there are other fees if you wish to consult with a specialist. See the user guide as well as the FAQ and the following web site:  https://www2.uottawa.ca/campus-life/health-wellness/telemedicine  Note that the service is called TELUS Health One.

Create your account to enable your access to virtual healthcare provided by LifeWorks Telemedicine. This service allows you to connect with physicians and registered nurse practitioners in Canada in minutes to get online medical care from your phone, tablet or computer anytime, day and night. You can receive medical advice, prescriptions, requests for laboratory tests and referrals to specialists. Have questions? You can email us at lifeworks@getmaple.ca and we’ll be happy to help.

To activate your account you must use your email @uottawa.ca
