Annual General Meeting
IMPORTANT DATE TO ADD TO YOUR AGENDA
The Board of Directors of the Administrative Staff Retirees Association (ASRA) is requesting your presence at the 2026 annual general meeting.
Date: Friday, August 28, 2026 at 9:15 A.M.
Location: Room 125 in Simard Hall at the University of Ottawa. You can also attend the meeting by videoconference on the ZOOM digital platform. A link will be sent by email on Thursday August 27.
Schedule:
- 9:15: A continental breakfast will be served (sandwiches, croissants, pastries, cheese, fruits and beverages).
- 10:00 to 10:30: Meeting with the president, Mrs. Marie-Eve Sylvestre
- 10:30 to 12:00: The general assembly will follow.

The registration below helps us to plan and is highly recommended.
PARKING - IMPORTANT:
You have to park at the Brooks or Desmarais garages and pay at the payment terminal located inside these garages. You must separate your payment coupon by leaving part on your dashboard and bring the other half to get your refund. For Desmarais, the terminal is at level "0" only. Payment at the terminal is easy; you need to enter your license plate number to start the process. By paying at the terminal, we avoid the frustration of having to create an account to pay online with the "HotSpot" app, especially since the cell reception in the garages is not very good.
Parking costs $5.50 per hour and we will reimburse your fees. The meeting will end around 12:30 p.m.; please make sure to provide sufficient payment, as you are responsible for any fines. Please take a photo of your ticket for the refund.
